News on the Farm May 2012

Our Aberdeen Angus bull who has fathered a fine stock of Dexter/Angus crosses  in 2011which have just been let out to grass and will be ready for the boucherie 2013.

Beef Dates and Delivery Times

All beef orders are only reserved once confirmation is received.

Lamb availability

Lamb orders are now being taken and should be ready June onwards.

Whole unbutchered lamb 7,80€/kg Half or whole butchered lamb 8,80€/kg

Dexter Beef
We will be using our young stock from 2010 for the beef in 2012.
As we collect in orders and most of a cow is sold on paper then we will contact you about availability.
