English beef from British Breeds

All our beef is produced from our Aberdeen Angus/Dexter cross stock.
They are finished at 2 and a half years old and then the carcass is hung between 2 and 3 weeks.
The beef is renowned for its marbling throughout and deep red colour.
The taste is.....well taste for yourself or read the testimonials....delicious!!!
